HI, I’M NADA-AND THIS IS FIT BY FRIENDSHIP.

I’m the founder of Fit by Friendship, a personal trainer, health coach, nutrition coach, L-2 CrossFit coach—and more than anything, someone who has had my own complicated relationship with food and wellness.

I’ve tried the diets, the fads, the endless cardio, and just about every phase of fitness and dieting you can imagine. I’ve struggled with body image and with feeling like I was never doing enough or doing it “right.” I’ve also fought my way back from severe health issues and major surgeries.

So I get it. I know what it feels like to struggle with your body, your confidence, and your relationship with food and fitness.

Things changed for me when I found CrossFit.

I discovered that fitness could be about so much more than changing the way I looked. I got stronger. I gained confidence. I found a community. And, for the first time, I genuinely enjoyed moving my body.

That experience changed the way I look at health—and ultimately led me to coaching.

Why Fit by Friendship?

Because I believe health is about the whole person.

It’s not just workouts or a number on the scale. It’s your mindset, your habits, your relationship with food, your confidence, your strength, and having people in your corner.

I don’t believe you need to be athletic, experienced, or “in shape” to belong. You don’t need another diet or someone making you feel guilty for not being perfect.

You need someone who listens, meets you where you are, and helps you figure out what actually works for YOUR life.

That’s what I want Fit by Friendship to be.

A place where you feel supported—not judged. Challenged—not intimidated. And where getting healthier can actually be something you enjoy-and sustain.

I’ll be your coach, your accountability, and your biggest cheerleader along the way.

Because I truly believe we’re better—and stronger—when we don’t have to do it alone.
